چکیده
Introduction. The development of effective test systems for tuberculosis (TB) diagnosis and the study factors influencing their sensitivity specificity constitute urgent tasks given unstable epidemiological situation with TB in Ukraine world. aimed to determine clinical laboratory features pulmonary that may affect IgG antibody detection human serum by immuno-enzyme system “IB-Chem Anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis”, which was developed at Palladin Institute Biochemistry NAS uses recombinant fusion protein MPT83-MPT63 as an antigen. Methods. Sera 62 patients chemoresistant were tested antibodies using indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Dependence obtained results on symptoms signs TB, frequency different types antibiotic resistance, cellular biochemical parameters blood analysed. Results. tuberculosis” detecting found 71.0%; it reached 81.3% destructive TB. Conclusion. should primarily be used changes lungs where diagnostic efficiency this reaches high indicators.

Antineutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibodies in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis
Background: Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a major cause of mortality and morbidity worldwide. Infection with this bacterium is known to induce the development of autoantibodies of which a few are also known to be diagnostic markers for some other diseases. Antineutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibodies (ANCA's) are among those autoantibodies used in clinical setting for diagnosing systemic vasculitic sy...

متن کاملDevelopment of a Recombinant Based ELISA using Specific Antibodies to F Protein in HCV Chronically Infected Patients-A Seroprevalence Study
Background and Aims: The hepatitis C virus (HCV) F protein is a recently described, frameshift product of HCV core encoding sequence. Its function and antigenic properties are unknown. In order to assess the presence of antibodies specific for F protein we characterized specific anti-F antibodies in patients with chronic HCV infection. Methods: The F protein was cloned from the HCV genome....
